The client’s objectives were clear: manage a large and loyal community, communicate product features effectively, expand the audience and increase interactions.
We therefore developed an editorial plan centered on value-driven storytelling, designed to make users feel part of the brand, and structured community management into three key moments throughout the day to ensure timely responses to all inquiries.
In addition, the editorial plan was supported by in-house photo and video shoots created to showcase the products and demonstrate their use.
Meta advertising campaigns were designed to grow the community, increase engagement, and encourage direct message inquiries.
